Ran into this service and really liked it - Entrecard is a twist on the traditional link exchange. By placing your card on your blog (only handwritten blogs, no feed-created blogs allowed) and sending/receiving clicks, you get traffic sent to your blog. Kind of a combo traffic exchange/link exchange/networking service. Really interesting - give them a look!
